The Quality Management System
The reference to the UNI regulation certifies that the services offered conform to high standards of quality, safety and environmental protection. Kappazeta SpA makes use of a quality management system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
Certificate n.229829 issued by the Management System Certification Agency ‘Bureau Veritas’ (accredited by Sincert for sector 28) applies to “the planning stage, realization and maintenance of ground consolidation and public building foundation works”.

The management system certification once aimed at guaranteeing the firm’s reliability and it eventually developed into a quality control instrument of the product for Kappazeta itself.
